Brand Finance: KFH Most Valuable Banking Brand among Islamic Banks in Kuwait

KFH 's Brand Value Increased by USD 148 mln to USD 953 mln Kuwait, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has been recognized as the most valuable banking brand among Islamic banks in Kuwait according to the valuation of Brand Finance agency that was published by "The Banker" magazine, a prestigious global publication affiliated with the Financial Times, for the top 500 Brands in the world for the year 2015.
KFH 's brand value increased by 18.5% to USD 953 mln from USD 805 mln last year, an increase of USD 148 mln. KFH 's global brand ranking is 163rd from 173rd in 2014. This confirms KFH 's strong reputation, robust position, outstanding performance, and the leadership in the Islamic finance industry.
General Manager Strategy and Corporate Affairs at KFH , Eng. Fahad Khaled Al-Mukhaizeem, said in a press statement, that this recognition is a milestone achievement and a reflection of the bank's robust position, global status and the clients' confidence especially that the focus of KFH at the current stage is revolving around customer service and meeting the requirements of all segments of customers. He stressed KFH 's keenness to work tirelessly and spare no efforts to achieve further success locally, regionally and globally which strengthens its position that is always connected with leadership.

Al-Mukhaizeem explained that Brand Finance's valuation assesses the value of KFH as most valuable banking brand among Islamic banks in Kuwait according to international criteria of valuation that includes reputation, image, financial performance, growth rates, sustainability, and the geographical expansion where KFH has a network of 380 branches spanning Kuwait, Turkey, Malaysia, Bahrain, Saudi, Germany and Dubai. Moreover, Al-Mukhaizeem affirmed the continuation of KFH 's methodology that considers the integrated performance and leading the Islamic finance globally while continue innovating financial, sharia-compliant solutions and instruments to maintain its position as a leading Islamic financial institution.
